Terms

• All bookings require 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 7 days prior.

• Minimum 2-night stays are required at weekends and on public holidays.

• Kids 0 – 11 years stay FREE

• Kids 12+ years are considered adults.

• There is a linen fee of $25 for the sofa bed.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled with at least 28 days notice will receive a full refund.

• Bookings cancelled with 14 - 28 days –notice will receive a 50% refund.

• Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded.

• All cancellations must be in writing.

 

Security Bond

• If booking out all the accommodations, we may ask to take a security bond deposit in the form of a credit card authorisation or imprint when you check-in. This authorisation may be used to cover incidental items including but not limited to any breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning. Where a credit card is not available a minimum $1,500 cash deposit will be required on check-in.

 

Pet Guidelines

• There is a $50 charge per pet with up to 2 dogs per stay.

• If your dog is a shedding breed there is an additional $50 cleaning charge - plus we leave the vacuum for you to keep on top of the hair.

• Animals need to be secured in the fenced area when you are away from the property. 

• We are happy for your pet to be inside the house but ask they are kept off the furniture and out of bedrooms.

• Please pick up your dog's poo and dispose of in an appropriate manner.

• If letting your dog run around the property, please be aware and responsible of their movements in relation to the farm animals on the property.

• Any damage to house, doors, garden and furnishings will be charged for accordingly.

House Rules

Respect for Wiggley Bottom Farm would be much appreciated along with the following:

• We ask guests not to cook highly aromatic foods while staying at Wiggley, so as not to adversely affect the next guests checking in after your stay.

• Please put your rubbish in bins at the bottom of the driveway on departure.

• Furniture to be left where it is placed.

• Any breakages or spills - please leave a note. 

• Any major breakages may be charged.

• Use the cords at the sides to close the curtains – pulling the curtains will break them!

•  All rooms are strictly non-smoking.

 

 

Privacy

Retaining your trust is a responsibility that we take very seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our site visitors. We commit with all sincerity to: never sell your information; never use your information to market our lodging to you for future stays without requiring your "opt in" and permitting your "opt out." 

 

If you wish to reserve accommodation we will collect the personal information necessary to handle your booking.

This information normally includes:

• Name

• Mailing address

• Telephone number(s)

• E-mail address

• Credit card information

• Information related to any need you may have for special services

 

We use your individual information only to communicate with you about your reservation, to process your payments, to make arrangements for your comfort and convenience while you are our guest, and to advise you about personal items you may inadvertently leave during your stay.
