Latest news on COVID-19
Pencil in a date from 20 August 2020
It's devastating news that we're now back in lockdown at Wiggley Bottom Farm. Especially as we had been busily preparing for your return and refreshing and refining our offering, focussing on the little things that make a stay with us so special.
When you are able to come back and stay you'll see we've updated the Guest Compendiums with ideas of where to go and what to do, the chimneys have been swept so the fires are ready to be lit, the grounds are looking their best and in your accommodation, you'll see we’ve provided Four Pillars Gin hand sanitiser for you to use, to ensure absolute safety for you during your stay.
So, pencil in a date after 20 August so you can cast off your lockdown blues in style and pack up your pooch, jump in the car and head out to Wiggley where you can enjoy 15 acres to roam and our spectacular views here in the Yarra Valley.
We are lucky that a stay at Wiggley Bottom Farm already naturally complies with many features that make your stay safe, given that:
We are small – just 3 accommodation options all of which are self-contained.
We are owner operated so have complete control over all aspects of the business including cleaning/hygiene practices.
You have direct access from your accommodation ie there are no corridors or shared spaces with other guests.
You have self check in/check out and you need no contact with us at all if desired.
In addition to the above, we have introduced the following measures to further ensure your safety and peace of mind:
Applied additional rigour to our already comprehensive cleaning practices with particular focus on regular sanitising of high-touch areas such as door handles, taps etc.
Replacing pantry items with individual salt, pepper and sugar sachets for single use.
Providing individual toiletry items (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) for single use.
